Clean Energy Fuels is the largest provider of natural gas fuel for transportation in North America and a global leader in expanding natural gas vehicle markets. Its operations include: building CNG and LNG refueling stations, operating and maintaining such stations, producing biomethane, and providing vehicle conversion and compressor technology. Clean Energy’s 238 stations in the US and Canada fuel over 22,700 vehicles, primarily in refuse, transit, trucking, shuttle, taxi, airport and municipal fleets. Clean Energy owns (70%) and operates a landfill gas facility in Dallas, Texas, that produces renewable natural gas, or biomethane, for delivery into the nation’s gas pipeline network and plans to build a second facility in Michigan.
